Not happy? No problem.
At Lumkids we do everything we can to give you a great experience. Not 100% happy with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days.
Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Have all labels and accessories
- Be registered within 14 days of receipt
Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How do I request a return?
- Send an email to hallo@lumkids.be with the subject "Return order number"
- Include your name, order number and the reason for the return
- We’ll confirm your return request within 1 working day
- Send the product to:

Return costs
Return costs are paid by the customer. We recommend sending the parcel by registered mail. Lumkids is not responsible for lost returns.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.
Please note: the original shipping costs are not refunded.
Received a defective or wrong product?
Did you receive a defective or wrong product? Contact us within 48 hours at hallo@lumkids.be with photos. In that case we cover the return costs and make sure it’s resolved quickly.
