Each Lumkids piece is made to order with care. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Lumkids proudly ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at hallo@lumkids.be.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. Our products are 3D-printed using plant-based biopolymer, a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastics. Each item is made to order, helping us minimize waste and avoid overproduction.
Are all products made in Belgium?
Yes, every Lumkids product is carefully designed, 3D-printed, and hand-finished in Belgium.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, simply email us at hallo@lumkids.bewith your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hallo@lumkids.be. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Since each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
